Under a Management Agreement with the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi Indians, , which is a joint venture between Full House Resorts and RAM Entertainment, a private investment company, has developed a first class casino. Located at I-94 and 11 Mile Road, east of Battle Creek, FireKeepers Casino opened in August 2009. The casino is expected to attract 2.9 million visitors annually. The 230,000 square foot project will house over 3,000 gaming positions, including 2,680 slot machines, 78 table games and 12 poker tables with 5 restaurants and lounges and a 2,000 car covered and weather resistant parking garage.
